How does the free plan work?
You get one active workflow, up to five collaborators, and 50 MB of file storage. No credit card. No expiry. Outgrow it when you're ready — your existing workflow keeps running while you upgrade.
What counts as a "seat" on the Team plan?
Any user who can edit nodes, run subtasks, or receive pings is a seat. Viewers are free and unlimited on every paid plan.
Can I get a custom subdomain?
Yes — on Team and Business. When you set up your workspace, you'll pick a subdomain like your-team.flowpm.app. Managers sign in there directly. Business plans can use a vanity domain you own.
Do SMS pings cost extra?
No — SMS and push notifications are included on Team and Business plans. We absorb the carrier costs up to fair-use levels (~250 SMS per seat per month, which is far more than any team actually uses).
Can I cancel anytime?
Anytime. We don't lock you in. If you cancel, your data exports as JSON + CSV, and you can keep using the Free plan with your one most-recent workflow.
Do you offer non-profit or student discounts?
